As work expands to fill the day, it starts to seem like you never have enough time to get everything done. It’s important in the confusion to stop and consider the importance of YOU! 

If you don’t feel good about yourself you are only operating at 50% and that equates to a life half lived! So what can you do that doesn’t take away from the list of things that needs to be done and keep the balance in your life? It’s simple, always find time in a day in some small way to exercise! 

It can be as simple as following a YouTube clip by the always inspiring Tracy Anderson. A quick arm routine or energizing butt workout that requires you only use a chair! 

The truth is, your body will respond quickly to any form of motion that is approached positively and Tracy is one of the most motivating fitness professionals around! Let’s be honest we are not trying to become fitness models – although we applaud you if that is in fact your goal and Tracy will help you achieve the look and tone you want if you trust her and invest at least 30 minutes a day. 

Balance is key, so keep in mind that good nutrition will play a roll and a positive, realistic attitude toward your progress – oh and keep yourself well hydrated.
